About
Turning experience into
something shareable.
I am interested in how systems are built, products are understood, people are understood, and complex experience becomes clear expression.
I am an engineer who has led teams and researched how AI changes engineering. This site is where I share those experiences, observations, and creations — only what I am willing to own.

Professional background
The work behind the writing.
I have worked in internet and technology companies across engineering, technical leadership, and management. My experience includes building teams, making technical and organizational decisions, supporting people’s growth, and turning complex work into clearer communication.
I have also spent years sharing engineering and management practice inside companies and writing about the work behind the decisions. Some of the more specific business, team, and performance details belong in private conversations rather than on this site.
